No work will be done until payment is made in full.

Payment is usually through PayPal. There are exceptions.

My prices are in USD.

If you win an auction, you will be given 24-72 hours to pay depending on the auction.

If you have rush orders or due dates we will discuss it before you pay. Certain time periods may call for a rush-order-fee.

As the artist, I reserve the right to repost your commission anywhere I see fit. (If you wish for your art to be a private commission or for me to wait until a certain date to post it, please discuss it with me before payment is made. Some art, namely certain YCHs are not able to be private/delayed.)

As the commissioner, you retain all rights to your character(s) and the art you receive so long as I, the artist, receive proper credit when posted.

You do not have permission to use my artwork for your profit unless we discuss it beforehand. (i.e. Logos or t-shirt design commissions would allow you to use your commission on merchandise.)

Lack of credit will receive a warning. After the first warning, if you do not fix your error and add proper credit, you will be blacklisted.

I cannot always work on art every day. I have a job and children. Please be patient with me.

I do not do Work In Progress updates unless you ask for them. This is just not something I think to often.
